Aligned with World Intellectual Property Day 2025, IP UTSAV 2025 was celebrated through a week-long series of online masterclasses and expert talks, focusing on the theme “IP and Music: Feel the Beat of IP.” The sessions highlighted the importance of Intellectual Property (IP) in encouraging innovation, protecting creativity, and promoting entrepreneurship across sectors including music, entertainment, technology, and fashion.
While the sessions were conducted online, Meerut Udyami Foundation facilitated active participation by organizing group viewings and mobilizing student attendance at MIT, ensuring awareness around IP rights, commercialization strategies, and national initiatives like KAPILA and YUKTI.
The initiative aimed to sensitize young innovators on the role of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and design protection in building sustainable and protected ventures.
